With a variety of cuts, you will have countless options to prepare.
Each Quarter Beef includes 100-125 lbs of beef:
Steaks (a mixture of rib steak, Kansas City Strip steak, top sirloin, filet, skirt, flank steak and more)
Roasts (a mixture of sirloin tip, tri-tip, chuck roll, eye of round roast and more)
Ground Beef and Other (a mixture of ground beef, stew meat, short ribs, and soup bones)
No customization options are available on quarters; however, customization is available on halves and wholes.

Price is determined after processing when exact weight of meat can be calculated. This includes the cost of cutting and wrapping.
Sullivan Family Farms meat is pasture raised right on our farm and is never treated with antibiotics or hormones.
