This package is offers a variety of cuts that are perfect for grilling, braising, or the slow cooker.   You will receive a combination of 15 pounds of meat which includes  a chuck arm roast, sirloin tip roast, 2 packages of short ribs, kabob meat, and five pounds of ground beef.  
 
Sullivan Family Farms meat is pasture raised by us right on our farm and is never treated with antibiotics or hormones.  It is USDA inspected and labeled all of which insures the safety of your meat.  
 
Pick up Fridays in Cheney, South Hill, at The Bohemian (Spokane Valley), in Liberty Lake; Farm Stand Saturday 9 am - 12 noon;  or Tuesdays in Kendall Yards or North Spokane.
