Kansas City Strip Steak, approx 1 lb
KC Strip is essentially the same cut as a New York strip; it is still cut from the short loin of a cow, and it’s a tender cut that has a bit of marbling throughout the meat. Our Kansas City Strip has the bone attached. Leaving the bone attached during cooking can release flavors that you may not get with the boneless variation.
Sullivan Family Farms meat is pasture raised right on our farm and is never treated with antibiotics or hormones.
Pick up Fridays in Cheney, South Hill, at The Bohemian (Spokane Valley), in Liberty Lake; Saturdays at the farm stand from 9AM-12PM; or Tuesdays in Kendall Yards or North Spokane.
